  • Refunds will not be approved if the issue originates from your side, such as device-related issues, a poor internet connection in your country or area, or any other non-technical factors beyond our control.
  • Violation of our terms and conditions leading to account suspension disqualifies you from refund eligibility.
  • If you’ve used our services for a considerable period, and a technical issue arises on our end that cannot be resolved within 10 days, preventing you from using the remaining subscription, a partial refund for the unused period may be considered.

Refunds will also be denied in the following situations:

  • Providing incorrect information on the ordering form, such as a wrong MAC address.
  • Once a subscription is activated for a device, changing to another device is not allowed. If you wish to use our services on a different device, a new subscription must be purchased without a refund for the previous one.
  • Devices requiring a MAC code for connection cannot be switched with other devices. Subscriptions are strictly tied to the initially activated MAC address.

  2. Provide the same email address used for purchasing our services.
  3. Include your invoice number and MAC code if applicable.

It’s important to note that refund processing time can take up to 21-30 days, depending on our payment processor and your financial institution. Once a refund has been requested, future subscriptions with our service will not be possible.
