From his castle in Prague, one of the largest cities in Europe, he oversees the construction of new buildings that will help make Prague the capital of the Roman Empire: a bridge across the Vltava River, a university, and a cathedral being built within the castle's own walls. In Praga Caput Regni, players take on the role of wealthy citizens of medieval Prague,
